1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the EMV QR Hub web platform or mobile application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Trademark & Non-Affiliation
"EMVCo" is a registered trademark of EMVCo, LLC. EMV QR Hub is an independent developer toolkit. We are not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by EMVCo, LLC, any card network, or any financial institution.
3. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL EMV QR HUB OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, TRANSACTION FAILURES, DISRUPTIONS TO BUSINESS, OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR TOOLS.
The platform is provided "as-is" for technical reference. Users are solely responsible for verifying the mathematical and structural integrity of any generated QR code payload before presenting it to a customer or utilizing it in a production environment.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use this platform to:
- Generate fraudulent payment payloads for unauthorized collection of funds.
- Scrape or automate queries to our parsing engine for commercial resale.
- Impersonate official banking or EMVCo certification interfaces.
